SG-3000-1DD Glass Laminating Machine

is a professional equipment to produce laminated glass without autoclave. It is able to produce various laminated glass thanks to the advantages of this machine and specific film. You can laminate the silk, paper, plastic film, metal mesh, fabrics, PDLC film with normal and tempered glass sheets by using the EVA film, in order to produce decorative and functional laminated glass.
The machine is designed in double working station with two sets of vacuum bags. When one set of vacuum bags is processed in the furnace, the other set can be used to cool or load the next batch of glass, as to make overall use of time and improve production efficiency. The machine adopts PLC control with touch screen, and PID output control for temperature control, which is accurate, reliable and energy-saving.
