Due to the electromagnetic induction heating principle electromagnetic induction, the heat is generated by the workpiece itself ,so the furnace heating speed is fast , oxidation is few, heating efficiency is high.

According to the different dimensions of the workpiece, the induction furnace body with different sizes should be configured. Each furnace body is designed with water and electricity quick change joint, so that is easy,convenient and rapid to change the furnace body.

The whole machine is equipped with water temperature, water pressure, lack of phase, over voltage, over current, limited voltage / current limit, start over current, constant current and buffer start, make the equipment start steady, reliable and fast, stable operation.

2.All goods will be shipped  30 to 45 days after receiving deposit for production.

1.Equipment Installation and training

Our installation and construction team will start equipment installation and commissioning for four weeks on the necessary conditions provided by the buyer;

We will send the engineers to provide the maintenances, repair and operations training for the buyers. The training will run through the entire process of

equipments’ installation and commissioning, and after normal operation, we will provide the proper and safe methods of operation and personal protection knowledge to the operators

;IF final acceptance of the equipment  be make within 30 days after the end of the installation, we will execute the technical agreement signed by the both parties and national standards;

The test items of final acceptance are the followings:

   1. Check if the delivery scope and technical specifications are same as the technical files signed by the both parties;

   2. Check the various mechanical actions of the equipment;

   3. Safe interlock devices and alarm function test;

   4. Check if the technology performance parameters meet the requirements of "Second, the technical parameters and system overview" at the technical agreement;

Upon the completion of acceptance testing and accepted by both sides, the two sides sign the acceptance agreement; 

 2. Warranty Period

 The seller guarantees that the quality guarantee period is 12 months in the condition of equipment and materials without problems;

 This 12-month period counts as the earlier one of the following two time points:

   1. It should account at the date of acceptance of goods or six month after the goods at the buyer’s plant;

   2. If the debugging is caused by the seller, the warranty period will extend its considerable time;

3. After sales Services:

  After receiving the customer service notification ,we will respond within four hours, and  arrange maintenance engineers arriving at the scene within 48 hours

  under the permission of objective traffic conditions.

   1.During the warranty period under all normal usage, once the breakdown occurs,we  are responsible for free repair of damaged parts,

   and will provide the free parts to users (including shipping).The seller does not bear the indirect loss compensation;

   2.After the warranty period,we offers the free preventive maintenance within two years(excluding materials). Preventive maintenance includes:

   twice per year, one day's device follow-up per time, the routine examination of equipment, the training at the customer’s site;

 The time and the specific content of preventive maintenance work will be agreed by both parties;
