This product is a small power induction heating machine with 220V power supply. It

can be used for heating and quenching of small iron metal materials. It can be used

with 70mL or 150ml graphite crucible to reach a maximum temperature of 1600

degrees Celsius. It can easily melt iron, gold, silver and aluminum. metal.

Feature：

1. It adopts integrated metal shell design, which is convenient to use and carry, has

good heat dissipation;

Precautions:

1. The boot sequence should follow the first turn on the main power switch on the

back, wait a few seconds to see the fan and pump work normally, and then see the

voltage and voltage display as 48V or 53.5，then turn on the induction heating switch

on the panel. Do not operate incorrectly, otherwise it will be directly Burn out the

motherboard and no protection. Turn off the heating switch and then turn off the

power switch when shutting down. If the shutdown is not used for a period of time,

the total power supply should be turned off after the heating switch is turned

off for one minute, so that the cooling system will cool the system and increase the

service life;

2. Work must be water-cooled and air-cooled at the same time. If any one of them

does not work,immediately disconnect the power supply and contact the

manufacturer for a solution;

3. If the conditional water cooling can be directly discharged by using cold water and

hot water, the circulation method is not adopted, so that the heat dissipation effect is

better;

4. Long-term use of antimony should be prepared, graphite high-temperature heating

will react with oxygen to form carbon dioxide and gradually consume it;

5. Always pay attention to the changes of various parameters of the display,

especially the voltage and current and the temperature of the motherboard. Whenever

an abnormality is found, the power must be disconnected immediately.

6. When using at high power, it is normal for the operating noise of the heat

dissipation system to be relatively large.
